Abstract: Employe entrepreneurial behavior are considered to be an important driver of innovation and strategic renewal within companies. This paper focuses on employee behaviour and how it can be stimulated towards entrepreneurship. We propose and test a two step model where formal and informal work context affects employees’ entrepreneurial behaviour, which then provides the basis for bottom-up initiated entrepreneurial projects. Our empirical data consist of questionnaire responses of 176 employees in Star Hotel Semarang. The results of structural equation model estimations indicate that organisational structure affect employees’ entrapreneurial behaviour, but also trust in the direct manager. We also find that innovativeness and personal initiative, but not risk taking, play a role for an effective translation of employees’ behaviour into entrepreneurial projects.

Abstract: Vegetables are an important commodity, whose prices contribute to the inflation rate in some regions of Indonesia. Inflation and deflation are inseparable from the type of food and vegetable groups because the majority of the population have jobs as vegetable farmers. Selo Boyolali is a vegetable-producing region, but currently can not meet the needs of its own region. Supply of vegetables began to decrease due to pest and vegetable turnover into tobacco. If the delivery of vegetables is hampered there will be a scarcity of vegetables that lead to price increases. The length of the distribution channel has a negative impact, namely the price of commodities set by the middlemen or traders who distribute vegetables from the producers. So sometimes local farmers do not have bargaining power on vegetable pricing. This study aims to analyze the pattern of price formation and vegetable distribution in Boyolali. The analytical framework used in this research is supply chain management framework. The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative indepth interview.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to obtain a partial and empirical evidence from a simultaneous monetary policies which affect the share dividends on company non financial institutions are listed at the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI).The samples of this research arenon financial company in 2009-2012, with purposive sampling method.

Hypotheses test to partial results showed that price to book value of no effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio, return on investment is no effect and no significant impact on the divident payout ratio, net profit margin is not effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio, current ratio is not effect and not significant to,dividend payout ratio debt to equity ratio is not affec insignificant to the dividend payout ratio, total assets and turnover of not effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio, earning pershare is not effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio.

Abstract: This study examines ethical orientation, professional commitment, audit experience, job satisfaction and motivation on the quality of auditor work. The research data was obtained from internal and external auditors in Semarang. Sampling was done by convenience sampling method, conducted in Hananta Budianto & Rekan KAP and two private companies namely Ernst & Young and Formula Land, and PT. Pertamina as BUMN. The auditor group examined included both internal and external auditors. The results show ethical orientation, professional commitment, audit experience, job satisfaction and motivation have a positive effect on the quality of auditor work. Auditor job satisfaction has the greatest influence on the quality of the Auditor's work. Auditor satisfaction can also increase if work can be completed on time, work-related compensation, and a supportive work environment. The results of this study can motivate interested parties to be able to give awards for certain achievements and opportunities for a better career as an auditor professionalism.

Abstract: The existence of governance structure such as board of commissioners and audit committee implies a better monitoring function on the financial reporting process that represent manager actions. Nevertheless, the quality of the monitoring function depends on how effective the board and the audit committee perform their duties. This study examines how the effectiveness of the board of commissioners and audit committee in a two tierboard structure influences the tax aggressiveness.This study develops a score for board and audit committee effectiveness by using a checklist which captures how the independence, activity, size, and competence characteristics are reflected in the board of commissioners and audit committe.Hypothesis testing is carried out by using a multiple regression model of 105 observations (firm-year) with the sample taken from manufacture companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during t.Results of this study provide robust evidence that a more effective board of commissioners and audit committee will decrease tax aggressiveness.

Balance Scorecard assessment will be done at CV JADI JAYA MAKMUR Semarang.

The first action plan that must be done by CV. So Jaya Makmur is to improve service to consumers and provide the best service to maintain customer loyalty. With the highest gap value of -80% and relatively low performance, then the company really need to improve the best service to customer to maintain loyalty, such as bonus in the form of purchase discount, after sales service or hold gathering for special customers. The highest gap lies in the level of customer complaints, the percentage of purchases, the level of machine efficiency per day, the timeliness of delivery and satisfaction survey and employee motivation. Therefore, our action plan is to improve the quality control of the production of goods, perform better production planning and make the delivery schedule more efficient.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of professional orientation and professional commitment to role conflict, with budget participation and goal orientation of organizational system as moderation. This research uses primary data type is quantitative and data obtained through questionnaire. The sample in this research is auditor in semarang as much as 88 auditor, covering 18 public accountant office in semarang, questionaire which return as many as 53 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using regression with the help of SPSS aktivitas (statistical product ang service solutions) 19.

The results of this study are professional orientation and professional commitment influencing role conflict, budget participation does not moderate the influence of professional orientation to role conflict, and the orientation of organization's system goals does not moderate the influence of professional commitment to role conflict.

Abstract: Financial performance becomes a matter of great concern to an investor but must also take into account the social and environmental responsibilities of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of CSR disclosure and environmental performance on financial performance with moderation of foreign ownership. Respondents of this research are manufacturing companies listed on the BEI 2011 - 2015 and registered in PROPER in 2011 - 2015. The number of samples of 85 companies is taken based on Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection using documentation method. The data analysis to test the hypothesis using multiple regression is completed with SPSS program.

From the results of this study obtained the conclusion that: Disclosure of CSR has a significant positive effect on financial performance, environmental performance has no effect on financial performance. In addition, this research finds that foreign ownership moderates the effect of CSR disclosure on financial performance with negative direction and can not moderate the influence of environmental performance on financial performance

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk melihat Cost Volume Profit penjualan barang bekas dengan memakai metode Activity Based Costing untuk barang bekas, yaitu besi bekas, kardus bekas, dan plastik bekas. Dalam penelitian ini dipakai pendekatan kualitatif dikarena kebijakan analisis biaya volume laba, memerlukan penelitian yang bersifat eksploratif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas dan efisiensi penerapan kebijakan pelaporan biaya yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen. Analisis Biaya Volume Laba merupakan metode untuk menganalisis kebijakan operasi dan pemasaran terhadap keuntungan bersih, menurut atas hubungan antara biaya variabel, biaya tetap, harga jual per unit, dan tingkat output. Activity Based Costing yakni sistem perhitungan yang mengaitkan biaya dengan acara yang memakai sumber daya serta membebankan biaya-biaya sumber daya pada objek biaya ibarat produk, jasa atau daerah penampungan biaya mediator menurut acara yang dilakukan untuk objek biaya tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa keuntungan operasi penjualan barang bekas yang dihasilkan memakai metode Activity Based Costing lebih besar dibandingkan kalau memakai sistem konvensional.

Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini hasil survei Podes tahun 2003, 2006, 2008, 2011 dan 2014. Sampel yang dipakai berjumlah 465 desa. Hasil penelitian Variabel pengguna listrik, pengguna TVRI, Jarak rumah sakit  ke desa dan terusan rumah  sakit memiliki nilai negatif dan signifikan, yang membuktikan semakin banyak masyarakat memakai listrik, TVRI dan terusan rumah  sakit maka akan mengurangi kemiskinan. Sedangkan variabel sungai untuk melintas antar desa dan sungai untuk transportasi memiliki nilai faktual dan tidak signifikan, yang membuktikan bahwa semakin banyak sungai untuk transportasi maka kemiskinan akan semakin meningkat.

ABSTRACT: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengethui imbas secara parsial dan simultan budaya, akad organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap OCB pada pegawai honorer Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini memakai kuesioner kepada 72 responden dan dianalisis dengan memakai regresi liniear beganda. Hasil analisis mengatakan secara parsial pengaruhbudaya organiasi terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar ialah konkret dan signifikan. Artinya, semakin baik budaya organisasi, maka semakin tinggi OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Pengaruh secara parsial akad organiasi terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar ialah konkret dan signifikan. Artinya, semakin baik akad organisasi, maka semakin tinggi OCB dari pegawai gaji pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar ialah konkret dan signifikan. Hal Artinya, semakin baik kompetensi maka semakin tinggi OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Pengaruh secara simultan budaya organiasi, akad organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar ialah konkret dan signifikan

ABSTRACT: The research paper aims to examine the effect of servant leadership and empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior on Asa Villa Seminyak employee, using census method (total sampling) in determining the sample of 44 respondents, Through multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of analysis proves that servant leadership and empowerment of positive effect simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior. Servant leadership has a positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior. Empowerment has a positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior. Asa Villa Seminyak management side must prioritize the implementation of servant leadership in order to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere in work. Management through the leadership to implement empowerment application with ease for employees in finding important information related to the job so as to be able to complete the work.

ABSTRACT: Sumber daya manusisa merupakan sumber daya yang penting untuk keefektifan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan imbas kepemimpinan transformasional dan pemberdayaan Pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Biro Umum dan Protokol Setda Provinsi Bali, dengan sampel sebanyak 86 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kuat aktual terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pemberdayaan pegawai kuat aktual terhadap kepuasan kerja. Saran yang sanggup diberikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak instansi sebaiknya membuat kekerabatan kerja yang aktual baik antara atasan dengan pegawai maupun antara sesama pegawai. Agar kepemimpinan transformasional sanggup terwujud dan kepuasan kerja sanggup ditingkatkan, sebaiknya pimpinan membuat situasi dalam organisasi jadi terasa senyaman mungkin biar pegawai merasa nyaman bekerja dan membuat pegawai merasa menjadi bab keluarga organisasi tersebut. Rasa kekeluargaan yang tercipta akan membuat pegawai lebih baik dalam bekerja dan memperlihatkan hasil yang cantik dalam bekerja.

ABSTRACT: Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dihasilkan baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas pekerjaannya dan sanggup dipertanggungjawabkan sesuai dengan kiprahnya didalam organisasi atau perushaan, dan disertai dengan kemampuan, kecakapan, dan keterampilan dalam menuntaskan pekerjaannya dalam periode waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Bussan Auto Finance Cabang Denpasar dengan memakai 73 orang karyawan sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik penentuan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu path analysis yang diolah memakai software SPSS. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik mempunyai imbas faktual signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini menerangkan bahwa dukungan motivasi intrinsik yang baik kepada karyawan sanggup meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap perusahaaannya. Kepuasan kerja mempunyai imbas negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan terhadap perusahaanya. Motivasi intrinsik mempunyai imbas faktual signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pemberian motivasi intrinsik yang baik kepada karyawan sanggup meningkatkan kinerja karyawan terhadap perusahaaannya.

ABSTRAK: Profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan risiko kredit dalam memoderasi imbas kecukupan modal, penyaluran kredit dan BOPO terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2012-2014. Sampel ditentukan dengan memakai teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel terpilih yaitu 35 bank. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu Moderated Regression Model. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa kecukupan modal besar lengan berkuasa nyata namun tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Penyaluran Kredit besar lengan berkuasa negatif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. BOPO besar lengan berkuasa negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Risiko Kredit besar lengan berkuasa nyata signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Risiko kredit memperlemah imbas BOPO terhadap profitabilitas, serta risiko kredit tidak bisa memoderasi imbas kecukupan modal dan penyaluran kredit terhadap profitabilitas.

ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) efek kompensasi finansial terhadap niat keluar karyawan, 2) efek stres kerja terhadap niat keluar karyawan, 3) efek kesepakatan organisasional terhadap niat keluar karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di Hardy’s Malls Gianyar yang berlokasi di Jl. Ngurah Rai No.85, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 103 orang karyawan dengan metode pengumpulan sampel jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner memakai skala likert dengan 5 poin untuk mengukur 16 indikator. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menandakan bahwa kompensasi finansial besar lengan berkuasa negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat keluar karyawan. Hasil selanjutnya yaitu, stres kerja besar lengan berkuasa aktual dan signifikan terhadap niat keluar karyawan. Penelitian ini juga memperoleh hasil, kesepakatan organisasional besar lengan berkuasa negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat keluar karyawan.
